My Allied

Public evidence register

Sources are assigned a role—not treated as interchangeable.

Alliance rewrites complex information in plain language while keeping the original authority, scope, review date, and limitations visible. A polished school page cannot verify itself.

Editorial rules

Every consequential claim needs evidence.

  1. Use the responsible regulator, accreditor directory, credential issuer, or government source for current rules.
  2. State whether a fact applies to an institution, program, campus, delivery format, state, credential, or individual.
  3. Separate program completion from examination eligibility, certification, licensure, employment, transfer, and financial-aid participation.
  4. Label promotional, testimonial, illustrative, and AI-generated material.
  5. Record a review date and replace stale claims rather than silently preserving them.

Level 1 · Primary authority

Rules, eligibility, and legal status.

U.S. Department of Education — College Accreditation is the starting point for recognized accrediting agencies and the federal database of accredited institutions and programs.

Federal Student Aid governs federal FAFSA, aid-offer, loan, counseling, and repayment explanations. Alliance will not imply that Allied participates in federal aid without verified institutional evidence.

American Medical Technologists (AMT) is used only for AMT credentials, current eligibility routes, examination information, continuing education, and maintenance requirements. Another school’s eligibility does not establish Allied eligibility.

Level 2 · Professional context

Understanding allied health and possible paths.

Association of Schools Advancing Health Professions (ASAHP) supports the broader health-professions education context, academic leadership, publications, and professional issues.

ExploreHealthCareers.org supports career discovery, career categories, education and training orientation, and student resource discovery. Its summaries are starting points; the responsible authority still controls current requirements.

Level 3 · Comparative examples

Useful models that do not become Allied facts.

Loma Linda University and its program finder inform entity separation, academic navigation, and program-comparison fields such as school, award, length, possible careers, and application route.

Carrington College’s Medical Assisting page is a local market-comparison example for program disclosures, delivery and location distinctions, certification caveats, catalog access, and inquiry-form consent. Its claims apply only to Carrington and must be checked against the cited responsible organizations.

Corrections & incomplete fields

Unknown is published as unknown.

When Allied’s authorization, accreditation, catalog, outcome, school, officer, or financial-aid information is not verified, the Education site displays a pending field rather than an inference. A correction route and responsible editorial contact will be published after the official institutional contact record is approved.
