2026-2027 student reference

Student Handbook

The revised handbook consolidates the student-facing mission, Education and Alliance boundaries, registration journey, staged course access, academic expectations, privacy, support, and the policies still requiring formal adoption.

A clearer student-facing record.

The previous combined packet contained multiple overlapping drafts and unresolved placeholders. This revision presents one controlled reference and keeps every unresolved institutional item visible instead of treating draft language as adopted policy.

Status: Revised Controlled Draft, version 4 dated October 17, 2026. It is not an enrollment agreement, catalog, license, accreditation statement, promise of admission, or offer of financial aid. Final, versioned documents issued for an approved registration are controlling.

What remains pending before final adoption.

Public reachability does not turn those unresolved items into policy.
